“Evolving and repurposing buildings through Renovations and Extensions”

Building a reputation

Will Gasparini is a Adelaide Hills based Carpenter & Builder who collaborates with a carefully selected range of consultants, sub-contractors, and suppliers, who are combined to create one off boutique style projects, with bespoke service. Will’s number one goal is to produce quality over quantity, and provide his clients with the best outcome for their project or property. To guarantee this, he chooses to take on a limited number of projects each year to make sure this ethos is upheld.

Will believes the best way to understand a project firsthand is by being onsite, building the bones of the structure with his own hands and setting an example to the surrounding trades people. This helps to achieve a quality product and consistent working flow throughout the various stages of the build.

Tools down and on weekends you will find Will working in the backyard garden, spending time with family, planning and designing the home extension and If there is spare time a quick Bouldering or Skateboarding session to fill in the gaps.

  • 18 years in the industry has given us time to see an evolution of modern building, where it has been and where it is going.

After building and renovating for the last 10 years including our own home it has propelled us to keep learning and improve our knowledge so that the we can get the most out of each project.

We are passionate and interested in working on projects with the following scopes and goals in mind:

Homes and buildings that are renovated and repurposed/improved to extend the buildings life span.

Building functional, high energy efficient , evolving and accessible homes for the occupants so that it can be used for all stages of life and future generations.

Building with natural materials and methods.

Recycling or repurposing materials and sourcing local materials where possible.

Collaborating with like minded clients and industry professionals

  • Today we still continue our same goal to produce one off builds that are tailored to the client.

The team has grown with the assistance of a motivated hard working Apprentice, Saxon.

2026 We will be looking to further educate ourselves by continuing professional development as well as learning to work with Earth building techniques such has Rammed earth, Straw bale, Hempcrete walls and anything else that involves getting our hands dirty!

I always look forward to continuing a relationship with my clients beyond the completion of their project, to be contacted from them beyond the build to hear they have another project, they’ve passed my details on or simply just to say hi.

The work was delivered within anticipated timelines; tradespeople always turning up when expected. We were consulted on each step along the way, the site was kept neat and clean throughout, and Will and Saxon were meticulous in their approach to the work. We couldn’t be happier with our new renovation!”

Jennifer and Kingsley - Prospect

“We engaged Will to assist us with 3 stages of home renovations over a 12 month period. When it comes to customer experience, Will's approach is spot on. He is easy to deal with, agile, fast to respond and delivers quality solutions. Add to that consistent delivery and an all round nice guy. Having renovated and built many properties prior to this one, I can confidently say Will is the full package when it comes to home improvements.”

Melina Lipkiewicz - Unley Park

It was fantastic to feel included and welcomed onsite. We feel like we have a detailed knowledge of what is behind the plasterboard, under the tiles and flooring. From the start we were impressed with your work ethic and the quality of your workmanship. As we have settled in to use and enjoy the spaces, we appreciate your work all the more. We can't even tell you our favourite part as there are so many. Everyone who has visited us since completion has been impressed with the quality of all the finishes

Karen and Tony Veidt - Prospect

  • We carry out our work via a cost-plus contract, each project estimation is carefully itemised by each stage, material and trade involved by conducting quantity take-offs, consulting with you and surrounding professionals.

From this an itemised cost schedule and scope of works document is produced and presented to you.

Every project is unique and time spent producing the estimate will depend on its size and complexity.

A fee is charged for this process and is POA.

This fee is refunded on completion of the project.

  • On acceptance of our estimation proposal.

A cost-plus contract is presented and we provide you with all of our mandatory documents and information.

We move forward with the Project start date, time frame and scheduling as well to keep you updated through out the build with project costs and timeline.
